Short of that, if I had a modular system of sealing all of the tee slots, right up to the edge of the fixtures, I think I would decrease my door open time. It might make fixturing a bit of a challenge. My ideal machine table would be absolutely flat, at a 45 degree angle with a wash down spray bar on the back of the table, and it would shake like a wet Labrador retriever so everytime I opened the door it would be absolutely clean with no chip. I get a chip mashed in a part and it ruins my whole day. Nearly all of my parts are highly cosmetic aluminum parts. I'm not saying I religiously blow out every chip out of every tee-slot every time I swap a part, anymore than I count every power pole on my road when I drive down it (there's 47 by the way). I admit, I have a bit of OCD on having loose chips anywhere on my table.
